I am now 45 years old. Yoga, Ayurveda, various dietary approaches, meditation, asceticism, body cleansing, travel, and pilgrimages, along with daily inner observation and transformations, have been and continue to be my life's passion – a grace. A grace towards relationships and separations, towards career and personal businesses. Towards balancing the spiritual and material way of life. All of this to create anew, brighter, stronger, and lighter.

Beauty and pain were equally present in my life. Now, there is more joy, simply because I no longer resist when the time for change comes. Letting go of people, homes, money, and status has been my intense practice over the past 12-7 years. These experiences have cultivated independence, awareness, and wisdom within me – the love to be, to spread love, and to shine with love.

I invite you to continue learning and growing. Because what stagnates is subject to the law of decay. The goal is a direction for creativity. Creativity is the daily actions we take. Love and dedication to our true nature guide us towards our Highest Purpose. We each came here to realize them.
