Aggression and guilt - how to transform them?
Aggression, like guilt, is a tool for progress. The most important thing is to learn how to use them properly, transforming them into light and positive forward movement.
Aggression is emotional energy that builds up in us daily. It is a suppressed and unfulfilled active action that was not expressed in time, and thus it starts accumulating and turns into destruction.
Transforming aggression into positive energy
- Swearing as a release tool: at times, swearing helps quickly expel built-up aggression. The key is mindful and purposeful use.
- Talking it out: open communication or other forms of emotional release are essential. More details in the video: video recordings
Tips for managing aggression
- Unfinished tasks and procrastination: uncompleted plans generate aggression. Either finish tasks or let them go.
- Obesity: sometimes linked to accumulated aggression. Releasing emotions or resolving unresolved issues often leads to noticeable physical changes.
- Aggression is the energy of action, essential for daily endeavors. When unused, it can turn destructive.
- Criticism and judgment: a "softer" form of aggression that can harm both ourselves and others, often masked as harmless.
Guilt – one of the most insidious emotions
Guilt is a significant human hindrance, obstructing self-realization, career goals, relationships, and fulfilling life experiences. It is a low-vibration emotion leading to destructive states such as depression.
Manifestations of guilt
- Guilt over not being able to live up to the expectations I have created for myself.
- Guilt for not matching others' expectations of me.
- Guilt for not being good enough at something.
- Guilt over sudden emotional outbursts.
- Guilt for being different, for not meeting the "standards".
Tips for letting go of guilt
- Humility to the Divine plan: understand that everything happens according to a higher plan, beyond your control.
- Monthly abstinence: spend a month without criticizing yourself or others and accept life as it is. This will shift your vibrations and help release guilt.
